  I've bought and leased over a dozen vehicles in the past and have never had a good experience. I was expecting more of the same when I showed up at South Bay Mazda. I was so surprised by the service and attention I received. I was short on time and didn't want to be upsold. I called ahead and they had the car I wanted to test drive (CX-5) pulled up and ready to go. They were very transparent on price and financing terms and no hard sell on extras. Everyone including the manager went out of their way to get me out the door on time. I was very surprised about how pleasant and easy the experience was and will definitely recommend them to friends and family!
