  This incident occurred on Sunday, 4/9/17 in the Del Amo Mall in Torrance, CA. Olivia does not represent the H&M brand and is worthless as a manager. She does not belong in any type of customer service. She has no ethics when dealing with customers and does not hesitate to embarrass someone like me who has been a loyal customer of H&M before the chain was brought to the West Coast. I've been a loyal customer since H&M was only accessible to me when I would travel to New York. She wasted my time and the time of the sweet and professional young lady at your call center by directing me to call them over a $24.99 even exchange that she could have easily taken care of. Instead, she was rude and unhelpful. Her Sales Associate, Kimberly was equally as incompetent. As a matter of fact, Kimberly gave too much of her rude opinions when she was not even being spoken to. She blatantly told me to go to a different store location. In addition, she insinuated that I did not know what I was talking about because I was not present with my husband during the time the merchandise was purchased. How unethical, rude and disrespectful!! When asked for another manager to speak to (since it was a busy weekend, Sunday shopping day), the Manager, Olivia informed me that the other Manager was gone for the day. While on the phone with the call center, I asked another associate about the other manager. The other manager, was in fact, working that day. He was called by radio, came right over and was able to process my exchange seamlessly. Not only is Olivia unreasonable and unethical, but a LIAR as well!!! Olivia needs to be demoted or terminated. If the District Manager has any business sense, he/she would re-evaluate Olivia's position as a store manager and would TRAIN HER WITH A PROPER STANDARD OF PROCEDURE. Not any person from the street should be hired as a Sales Associate. Kimberly is an embarrassment to the team and she should be re-evaluated as well.
