  You know how you usually feel uncomfortable in a gym? I can promise you won't have that experience at SBT. The trainers are incredible - super helpful and motivating - and everyone there is working to get healthier. It's a great community/ atmosphere and I highly recommend giving it a shot if you're looking for a great gym and even better trainer.
